    Welcome to M4 Car Removal. By using our website or booking our vehicle buying and removal services, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions below. These terms explain how our service operates, what we expect from you as a customer, how we pay you, and important legal information about our arrangement.

    Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing our website, requesting a quote, speaking with our team, making a booking, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

    Service Eligibility

    To sell a vehicle to M4 Car Removal, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Be the lawful owner of the vehicle or have clear authority to sell it on behalf of the owner
    • Provide complete and accurate information about the vehicle
    • Present valid photo identification and any proof of ownership we reasonably request

    Vehicle Assessment & Valuation

    Initial Quote

    • Quotes provided via our website form, over the phone, email, SMS, or social media are based solely on the details you give us.
    • These are preliminary estimates only and are not guaranteed final offers.
    • The final amount may change once our driver inspects the vehicle in person.

     

    Final Offer on Inspection

    When we arrive, our team will confirm details such as:

    • Overall condition of the vehicle and odometer reading
    • Mechanical issues, accident damage, rust, or structural damage
    • Missing or non-original parts
    • Make, model, year and variant
    • Registration status and plates
    • Ownership details and documentation

    If the vehicle’s actual condition is different from what was described, we may adjust the offer or decline to proceed with the purchase.

    Ownership & Legal Requirements

    By selling a vehicle to M4 Car Removal, you confirm that:

    • You are legally entitled to sell the vehicle
    • All information and documents you provide (e.g. ID, registration papers) are true and correct
    • The vehicle is not stolen, rebirthed, or subject to undisclosed finance or security interests
    • You are not knowingly involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the vehicle

    Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may be reported to New South Wales authorities, including NSW Police, and other relevant bodies.

    Payments

    Payment Methods

    We generally offer one or more of the following payment methods:

    • Bank Transfer (EFT)
    • Instant or Osko transfer (where supported by your bank)
    • Cash payment (where lawful and in accordance with NSW regulations)

    Available options may vary depending on the value of the vehicle, location, and compliance obligations.

    Payment Timing

    • Payment is usually processed at the time of pickup, after the final inspection and acceptance of the offer.
    • In some cases, bank processing times may affect when funds appear in your account.

     

    When Payment May Be Withheld or Cancelled

    We reserve the right to withhold or cancel payment if:

    • The information you provided about the vehicle is false, incomplete, or misleading
    • You cannot reasonably prove ownership or authority to sell
    • The vehicle cannot be safely accessed or removed
    • Serious undisclosed damage or tampering is discovered on inspection
    • The transaction appears unlawful or suspicious

     

    Vehicle Pickup & Removal

    Free Removal

    M4 Car Removal offers free vehicle removal across Sydney and surrounding areas (including but not limited to Penrith, Blacktown, Campbelltown, Liverpool, Parramatta and Wollongong).

    Service availability may depend on driver schedules and your exact location.

    Access Requirements

    You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle:

    • Is reasonably accessible to our tow truck
    • Is not blocked by other cars, locked gates, or obstacles
    • Is in a safe position for our team to work and load

    Additional fees may apply or removal may be refused if the vehicle is:

    • Missing wheels or essential components needed for winching
    • Bogged, stuck in mud, a ditch, or unsafe terrain
    • Located in underground car parks, tight laneways, or other areas requiring special equipment or extra time

    Any extra charges will be discussed with you before proceeding.

    Missed or Failed Pickups

    If you are not available at the agreed time or refuse to proceed after our driver arrives:

    • We may reschedule your booking, subject to availability; and/or
    • A call-out or cancellation fee may apply to cover travel and time costs, in line with our service policy. m4carremoval.com.au

    Cancellations

    • You may cancel your booking any time before our truck is dispatched, at no charge.
    • Once our driver has already travelled to your location and you change your mind or decline the sale, we may charge a reasonable call-out or cancellation fee to cover costs. m4carremoval.com.au

    We may cancel a booking or refuse service if:

    • Ownership or identification cannot be verified
    • Site conditions are unsafe for our team or equipment
    • The vehicle description provided was significantly inaccurate
    • Our staff are subjected to abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior

     

    Customer Responsibilities

    As the customer, you are responsible for:

    • Removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup
    • Providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle’s condition, history, and paperwork
    • Presenting proof of ownership and ID when requested
    • Notifying us promptly of any changes to the vehicle’s location, condition, or your availability

    M4 Car Removal is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle once it has been removed.

    Liability & Disclaimers

    Limited Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, M4 Car Removal is not liable for:

    • Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or other events beyond our control
    • Valuation discrepancies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provided
    • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of the transaction

    Our total liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the amount paid (or payable) by us for your vehicle.

    No Warranty

    All information on our website, including quotes, service descriptions and FAQs, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that the website or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

    Third-Party Providers

    We may use third-party towing contractors, payment processors, or other service providers. While we aim to work with reputable partners, we are not responsible for their actions, delays, errors, or omissions.

    Website Use

    By using our website, you agree that you will not:
